When will my order be delivered?
We deliver in 72 hours but we ALWAYS contact you after receiving your order to ensure everything goes smoothly.

How can you deliver UK wide for the same price?

We have negotiated bulk savings with Palletline and passed this straight on to our customers. The Palletline service utilises their UK wide distribution network.

No. All our products come from our own depot but get to you via the Palletline distribution network.

I live in a remote location in South West England, can you deliver to me for the prices quoted on this website?

Yes. We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland for the prices quoted on this website. The price you see is what you pay.

I'm not sure what size of gravel to order, can you help?

Yes. We recommend 20mm gravel for driveways and 14mm gravel for decorative purposes. You can contact us to discuss your requirements if you want something different. You can also order Gravel Sample packs.

The Gravel Calculator tells me I need 1.3 Tonnes, what should I do?

We recommend rounding the amount to the nearest Tonne.

How do you deliver my order?

We use a tail lift system of delivery. Tail-lift deliveries require a paved, concrete or tarmac surface, however it may be possible to deliver by tail-lift onto gravel or hardcore surfaces if an able-bodied person is available to assist the driver. Here's a short video of the tail lift truck.

I'm not sure if the delivery truck will be able to access my property, can you advise?
